Along with this comes a HUGE change in the venues, which we finally got done with today. :) We are very proud indeed, and we hope you like the improvements.

SOUTHERN BAY CLUBNon stop music @ Southern Bay whether its being with old friends or making new ones, sooner or later you will find each other on the dance floor. Were each DJ brings their own unique style for your enjoyment. We make our Guests feel like “Everyone Knows Your Name” It’s somewhat like a "Country Cheers"! Our goal is guests who return to have fun and enjoy the other people in the club and to make new friends. We will be having live dj's and special events. Southern Breeze and Southern Bay have Horseback riding and trails that you can buy for 0c for a pack of 3 and wear so you can tour around the sim with ease. Just find a sign located by the horses and there you go :). I won't spoil it all for ya :) ...Here are a few pics to get you started.
The trails are awesome, Gord did most of the tree planting, I did most of the flower planting LOL! What a team. These trails wind all over the Southern Breeze Sim. I love it, reminds me of home.
These little areas are tucked throughout the sim :) Lots of suprises!
The Waterfall...I had all but given up on a waterfall THEN at the last minure i went to L&D Building and found this Gem that our friend Holger Lionheart built. I LOVE it! Can I have one in my backyard...well in AVINATION you betcha!
This is a nice quiet spot located along the trails :) you can look out over the ocean to a waterfall offsim island. :)
There is also bull riding on this sim :) See if you can Knock Ronald Dunheaved's Score off the board!
(You can beat him ...shhhhh)
We actually have 2 areas in the Penthouse :
This is the 2nd location in the Penthouse. This is another venue our DJ's are welcome to have their sets (music according to the setting) . I love this area Gord and I go there often. We also have booked Live singers in the ballroom and will rent it out for parties - dates and times permitting. There is a free Tux or Ballgown provided by SF Designs.
MIDNIGHT LOUNGE
This is a venue that our DJ's may choose to have their set. We hope to start a stand up comic night. and are currently looking for :) Stand up Comics, Blues & Jazz is the theme! This Lounge is a great spot to go to get to know someone better. URL For Penthouse:

Inspiration Terrace @ Southern Bay was designed for relaxing and enjoying good music and friends. Set on the Southern Bay it is the perfect place for Concerts, Dances, just chatting or spending time thinking and planning your AVN day.

If you want to enjoy the fun, the sun and meet and mingle at the pool. We have a lovely pool area on the rooftop of Southern Estates.
If you are new to Avination, or just want to shop :)!!! We have several Shops onsite to help you get your Avi looking the way you like. Shops are filling quickly. Free items for New Residents are in presents around the mall. Our generous vendors have also donated free items in their shops.

Partnership with Southern Oasis SIM
Joy Estates and The Southern Oasis SIM have finalized a Major Partnership to work together.Sheila and Gord Devonshire will be connecting their SIM, The Southern Oasis, to The Joy Estate, which is managed by Virtual World Consultants, LLC. It will become an Entertainment Hub for The Joy Estate. They will organize and manage all Events throughout the region. They will also be taking over management of the event venues, The Wave Club, and Community Courtyard, on The Joy Estate, per our agreement.
Aside from above mentioned, nothing will change at either Southern Oasis or Joy Estates, Southern Oasis will still be providing the same top quality Events you have gotten to know and Love, and Joy Estates will still be one of the top Residential/Commercial regions in Avination. The reason this Partnership makes sense is the two of us compliment each other.
It's a natural partnership because of Their Event Management Experience, and our Estate Management Experience.Sheila and Gord have done a wonderful job making Southern Oasis a destination point in Avination.
I am very excited about this. It adds valuable and experienced resources to the Joy Estates Project, and makes The Joy Estate truly the Premier Estate In Avination. When people come to Joy now they will get the full Community experience.
