    Gord & I are very proud of all the work that friends and Southern Oasis Family have put into the sim in Avination. We welcome each of you to visit. When you arrive, please send us a message and we will be happy to speak and meet with you personally as time permits.

  Our Sim consists of 4 music venues...One is The Country Club. It is just as it sounds... A Country Club that we like to think of as a "Country Cheers", we try to get to know everyone, and the friends we have met so far are so wonderful. You really meet some very wonderful people doing this. We all have a common thread and it is the need for friends & companionship and the longing for good music. Our Country DJ's currently consist of Rylee & Red Runningbear. They are a powerhouse team! If you can catch one of their events you will not be disappointed. They are tireless and they truly carry out the idea of Family & friendship.



                THE COUNTRY CLUB

  Our second venue is The Southern Bay Club. This venue is DJ's choice. Unlike The Country Club, this venue plays a wide variety of music. Our DJ's: Nyte Shayde, Corruptor, Migs, TotalyCrazy, Magic, Voom, & BigFry play everything from Rock, Classic Rock, Techno, House Mix, Trance, Industrial...you request it they play it. What I love about this family of DJ's that have come together at Southern Oasis is their total love of music. They have played to 0 to a FULL House and will continue to do so, just waiting on you to show up and request your favorite song. Tirelessly they play on. A true treasure to the bay each and everyone of them is.


                                                                                                 SOUTHERN BAY CLUB

     The 3rd Venue is Midnight Lounge. Located on the West wing of the high rise..This Beautiful Lounge created by Suz Blessed from just an idea I threw out of my imagination to her. I described my vision, and it is absolutely breathtaking. Suz, pulled this venue right out of my head and then some! This is a must see on the sim. We couldn't be more proud. We have a resident DJ currently making his home at Midnight Lounge named DJ Patrick Latte. This venue is Jazz/Rhythm & Blues. We hope to have live singers soon.

                   MIDNIGHT LOUNGE

    The  4th venue is the Midnight Ballroom. Again my description put into motion by Suz Blessed. OMG! Talk about a beautiful venue...The pictures do not do it justice. This is a must see as well. Crystal Chandeliers and Kabuki Masks crate this intimate setting. It is best viewed at midnight. The perfect spot turn the lights down low and share the night together. Bring your sweetheart and make a memory. Live singers will be showcased in this venue, but the music is 24/7 you may come and dance the night away any time you please. We hope to see you soon.

 The Shops at Southern Oasis are the creme De la creme. The beautiful park centerpiece, also created by Suz Blessed from my description of what I envisioned is spectacular. The beautiful flowers & trees, the cobblestone walkways and flower vendors, all the way to the Pond with the beautiful water fountains and swans. This Area will soon showcase "The Arts In The Park" Exhibit. We will be showcasing RL Artists who are in Avination. I will be blogging about that project as soon as it is complete. Currently the shops we have are: TopModel, BeReal Official Retailer, Coriander Shoes, Angel D-Signs, Akito, Krissy's Closet, Boots by SB, SiamInk Tattoo, This & That, Mix & Match, Innovative   Designs, Scriptoy,  & Gaming Paradise.

    THE SHOPS AT SOUTHERN OASIS
